Questions Families Often Ask
If something isn't answered here, just ask us — we're always happy to talk it through.
How do I enquire about a puppy?
Open any puppy profile and use the enquiry form, or reach us on WhatsApp or by phone. The puppy's details are attached automatically so you never need to type them out.
Can I visit?
Yes. Visits are arranged by appointment once we have had an initial conversation, so we can make sure it is a calm time for the puppies.
How do I reserve a puppy?
Reservations follow a conversation. Once you and we are both confident it is the right match, we enable reservation for that puppy and share the details.
What information should I know before welcoming a puppy?
We will talk through daily routine, feeding, space, exercise, grooming and the long-term commitment involved before anything is decided.
Are the puppies available immediately?
It depends on the puppy. Each profile shows whether a companion is available, reserved or coming soon.
How does the Companion Range work?
Our Companion Guide shows an indicative range for each breed so families understand the general range before starting a conversation.
Why isn't an individual puppy's amount displayed online?
Every puppy is different, and details can vary with age, characteristics and availability. We prefer to share individual details in conversation.
What happens after I enquire?
We reply personally, usually the same day, with more about the puppy and the next steps.
Do you provide support after welcoming a puppy?
Yes. We stay reachable for settling-in questions and are always glad to hear how your companion is getting on.
What should I prepare before bringing a puppy home?
A quiet resting space, bowls, age-appropriate food, a collar and lead, simple toys and a plan for the first few nights.
